    KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Technology Communications to join our Digital Nexus organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead or govern all aspects (creation, approvals, distribution) of communications and campaigns for internal technology projects including announcements, outages, informational, requests for action, internal marketing campaign awareness for firmwide and targeted audiences; develop key messages for strategic technology programs while ensuring connection to key messaging for other firmwide strategies and priorities 
    • Participate in driving strategic vision and ongoing process and governance improvement for technology communications and the development of new digital channels or strategies to inform audiences on technology programs or projects 
    • Ensure all communications distributed on behalf of the technology organization are prepared consistent with technology and firmwide communications guidelines, and receive the appropriate level of approval for distribution 
    • Organize, tag and maintain intranet content representing the technology organization 
    • Identify and implement metrics that evaluate the impact and reach of technology communications; recommend strategies for improving audience reach
    • Assist in the oversight of the communications calendar; help manage internal technology communications toolkits, including standard templates  

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum five years of recent writing experience in marketing and/or communications for technical projects
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and simple non-technical messaging; exceptional written and verbal communication skills and editorial skills with keen attention to detail 
    • Able to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority across diverse support teams such as Product Management, IT Helpdesk, Project Management, Organizational Change Management, and Corporate Communications 
    • Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and communications role and brand strategy and development of strategic messaging frameworks for strategic campaigns 
    • Outstanding self-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while being able to think creatively, out of the box; excellent trouble-shooting and organizational skills and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously often with little direction and changing priorities
