KPMG is currently seeking a Sr Associate, Data Analytics & Modeling to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data sets to identify signals and trends which indicate opportunities for new analytics use cases
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements for development team
• Design and storyboard analytics and AI use-cases; contribute to development of proof of concepts and/or pilots
• Build analytics and AI models and systems, interpret output, communicate analysis results and value to internal teams
• Direct data engineers and data scientists to deliver efficient algorithms to meet client requirements
• Incorporate new capabilities within the current environment and identify opportunities for optimization

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent experience applying data analysis/modeling to solve complex business problems
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience with data modeling techniques; ability to work with multiple data modeling tools and techniques
• Familiarity with Salesforce; hands-on development experience with Einstein Discovery, JSON and SAQL in CRMA; understanding of data structure and engineering principles to enable data processing, analysis, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with Business Analysts and Architects on requirements, implementation approaches and solutions
• Solid understanding of agile software development environment working with IT partners to deliver solutions on demand
