    KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Ethics & Compliance to join our Policy Training and Engagement Division of Ethics & Compliance (E&C).

    Responsibilities:

    • Support and develop communications content and related tactics to deliver the KPMG E&C communications strategy
    • Help with development of the Ethics & Integrity (E&I) curriculum and review alpha, beta, or gold version of proposed course content
    • Identify and evaluate options for relevant external training content for prioritized Ethics and Integrity Training Curriculum and Concentrations
    • Assist with the yearly reviews and updates of Ethics and Compliance policies and supporting enablers, including the Code of Conduct, Code of Conduct training course, and Annual Compliance Confirmation; coordinate with the numerous subject matter experts who assist E&C with these updates
    • Build and maintain relationships with members of the broader Ethics and Compliance team and promote cross-functional information sharing

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum three years of recent experience in ethics and compliance, risk management or internal audit programs supporting communication and/or training, preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment 
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
    • Demonstrated ability to role model ethical leadership and set a standard for ethics and integrity in the firm
    • Able to follow documented processes and work with minimal supervision; experience with data analysis tools a plus
    • Organizational skills with keen attention to details and documentation; capability to multi-task and seek assistance from supervisors while prioritizing work to meet deadlines
    • Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; capacity to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members
    • Ability to demonstrate commitment to driving diversity, equity and inclusion at the group, enterprise, industry, or community level
