KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize functional and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues
  • Assist in the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
  • Develop and execute project plans within schedule constraints
  • Lead process improvement initiatives through disciplined use of Lean Six Sigma measurements, accountability, and analysis
  • Support clients with business operations, process improvement, communications, and modernization efforts 
  • Responsible for providing guidance to clients with up to C-level client interactions

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience related to project or program management or business process improvement consulting; https://U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

  • Proven strong project management skills and ability to convert mission area customer requirements into executable strategies

  • Ability to manage a diverse collection of work deliverables requiring strong problem-solving skills

  • Experience of Lean Six Sigma principles 

  • Demonstrated capabilities to establish and maintain relationships with various Military Services and Agencies

  • Possess professional written and verbal communication skills 

  • https://U.S. Citizenship required and an active https://U.S. Federal Government TS/SCI + FSP Security Clearance
