Senior Associate, Federal Program Management

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead workstreams and small teams in support of overall Transformation Delivery and supporting services for clients
• Assist in the development / evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including:  contributing to articles, whitepapers, training efforts
• Responsible for providing guidance to clients with up to C-level client interactions
• Support development and maintenance of program / project charters, schedules, management plans, risk, and supporting artifacts
• Provide regular reporting and communication to client / KPMG leadership
• Support implementation of quality and performance standards
• Support engagement leadership in meeting contractual delivery requirements and KPMG financial targets
• Support business development activities such as:  identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience with project, program or portfolio management, specifically with large-scale transformation programs involving:  business process, organization, technology components
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; PMP, Certified BA, and / or ScrumMaster Certification preferred
• Experience in business and solution development, project / program management, and project delivery
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. citizenship
