    KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support delivery and development of advisory services to clients, primarily with services related to project, program or portfolio management
    • Lead workstreams and small teams in support of overall Transformation Delivery and supporting services for clients
    • Utilize functional and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and assists in the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts 
    • Support development and maintenance of program/project charters, schedules, management plans, risk, and supporting artifacts
    • Provide regular reporting and communication to client and KPMG leadership and supports implementation of quality and performance standards and team adherence to the standards
    • Support engagement leadership in meeting contractual delivery requirements and KPMG financial targets and support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of  three years of experience with project, program or portfolio management, specifically with large-scale transformation programs involving business process, organization, and technology components; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA, or an advanced degree from an accredited college/university are preferred and PMP, Certified BA and/or ScrumMaster Certification/s or advanced degree from an accredited college/university are a plus as well
    • Proven experience in business and solution development, project/program management, and project delivery 
    • Demonstrated strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management processes and best practices, including reporting, schedule management, risk management, quality control, and project financials
    • Proven ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • U.S. Citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal Government TS/SCI + Poly Security Clearance
