Senior Associate, Financial Analyst- Practice Operations

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Practice Operations to join our KPMG Global Business Operations organization.

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze and monitor GBO Core Operating and Investment Program budgets
• Recognizing the need for accruals, correcting entries and forecasting budget variances
• Rigorous financial reporting and controls e.g., year-to-date and year end variances on a monthly basis
• Analyze and provide commentary on drivers behind changes in yearend variance forecast
• Present fiscal results to leadership on a monthly basis
• Accounts receivable management

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent experience in one or more business related areas including Finance, Accounting or general business operations
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, experience with PIVOT tables and VLOOKUP a must 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills required
• Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment to make day to day decisions with minimal supervision
