KPMG's Ignite Program is currently seeking a Senior Associate to support Technology & Innovation Communications, Training and Enablement efforts.  

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, cultivate and deliver Ignite / Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled solutions awareness content and campaigns to KPMG community 
  • Draft, cultivate and deliver general Ignite / AI enabled solutions training materials and curriculum
  • Draft, cultivate and deliver Ignite solution / capability specific training materials and curriculum with assistance from SMEs and Ignite Solution teams.
  • Design strategy and framework for general awareness, onboarding, role-based curriculum for Ignite program and platform
  • Manage and maintain roadmap and portfolio of training and enablement framework, content development roadmap, and training offering deployment (role-based and/or solution based)
  • Plan and design awareness campaigns, in collaboration with Ignite market team, to provide higher level / brief overview of Ignite platform / AI enabled solutions etc.
  • Work with Ignite solution owners / developers / data scientists to design and develop role-based training and/or onboarding curriculum for Ignite solutions or general Ignite platform

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 2+ years of experience with communications and messaging content (with AI topics and/or technology or products) preferred
  • 2+ years of experience with training and enablement (with AI topics and/or technology or products) preferred 
  • 2+ years of experience with learning framework, training content development, enablement campaign planning and deployment preferred 
  • Strong ability to condense highly technical knowledge content into learning materials
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues.
  • Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and accreditation process preferred
  • Ability to travel when necessary; Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
