KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join our KPMG Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day to day support and maintenance, work with client and development teams on solutions in Service-Now Platform
  • Responsible for the general support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications; coordinate and execute application and platform upgrades and create Service-Now reports and dashboards
  • Working closely with the ServiceNow clients to build requested items and tasks, using workflows to manage processes and manage development task of development team
  • Develop, configure and improve core and custom applications and work directly with end users to resolve support issues
  • Monitoring the health, usage and compliance of ServiceNow as well as develop system integrations and process automation and lead scrum calls
  • Create and configure on many aspects of Service-Now including but not limited to: Business rules, UI policies, UI actions, Script includes, Client scripts, ACLs, UI Pages, UI Macros, Portal

Qualifications:

  • Minimum four years of recent Service-Now Development, Service-Now Admin Certification and Service-Now Developer Certification; at least one Service-Now Implementation Certification is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a quantitative field including engineering, math or computer science with a proven track record of out of the box thinking and an ability to think large scale
  • Must be technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives. Must have experience with JavaScript, XML and HTML; must have a clear understanding and experience of Service-Now development best practices and development standards
  • Must have experience creating Service-Now update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production; strong understanding of the software development life cycle including Agile methodology as well as solid documentation skills including ability to work with Visio for creating process and design workflows
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
