KPMG is currently seeking a Tax Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist with ASC 740 income tax accounting projects covering a broad array of transactions and other consulting engagements
• Utilize technologies (Excel, Alteryx, OneSource Tax Provision) to prepare and streamline tax provision calculations
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide tax provision calculations and solutions to clients
• Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm; build and manage client relationships

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of recent public accounting and/or corporate tax experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Master's degree in Taxation (MST), from an accredited college/university
• Knowledge of a broad range of corporate tax matters in various industries
• Experience with ASC 740 preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
