    Position summary

    s, switches, routers

    UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supplies), PDUs (Power Distribution Units)

    Environmental monitoring devices (temperature, humidity sensors, etc.)

    Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, faults, and performance issues related to hardware infrastructure.

    Rack, stack, cable, and label IT equipment as per design specifications.

    Configure monitoring tools to track performance and health of data center components.

    Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for system installations, maintenance activities, and upgrades.

    Support remote site operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and operational SLAs.

    Assist in planning and executing office moves, expansions, and hardware migrations.

    Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for assets and configurations.

    Adhere to and enforce all safety, compliance, and security policies for data center operations.

    Required Technical and Professional Experience:

    • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Center Operations or IT Infrastructure support.

    • Solid understanding of DCIM tools and practices.

    • Proven experience with physical IT infrastructure: servers, networking gear, UPS, PDU, etc.

    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills related to hardware and facility components.

    • Experience in cabling, power provisioning, and environmental monitoring in data centers.

    • Ability to interpret network and rack diagrams.

    • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and maintaining technical documentation.

    • Ability to support facilities operations remotely and coordinate with local technicians.

    • Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

    Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

    • Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, DCIM, or Data Center Facilities Management.

    • Experience working with infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Schneider EcoStruxure, NetBox, etc.).

    • Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/change management best practices.

    • Exposure to hybrid data center/cloud environments (AWS Outposts, Azure Stack, etc.).

    • Experience supporting enterprise office relocations or infrastructure scaling projects.
