    Position summary

    The role requires an understanding of global regulatory requirements in privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, AI and supply chain management and the ability to enable Kyndryls to understand and follow Data Governance Office programs designed to identify and mitigate risk and to measure, track and report on compliance globally across Kyndryl's business and commercial operations.

    In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CIO, CISO, Procurement, Marketing, Communications and other teams, as well as members of the Kyndryl Data Governance Office, to enable the alignment of privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, AI, and supply chain management operations with Kyndryl's strategic objectives.

    You will also work with Kyndryl's Global Practices and customer engagement teams to enable these operations to promote Kyndryl's data governance approach. A key part of your responsibilities will be to understand the legal requirements that drive these areas, enabling you to recommend improvements to Kyndryl's operations and clearly communicate these requirements to relevant business stakeholders and customer account teams.

    Your success will be measured by your ability to support customer and enterprise teams in understanding and following Kyndryl's processes for privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, AI, and supply chain management, and manage requests for information.

    You will also play a pivotal role in providing guidance on the collection, use, and processing of personal data, as well as the use of cookies, pixels, and other web-tracking technologies. Finally, you will manage, update, and curate internal and external guidance and content concerning privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, AI, and supply chain management.

    To be successful in this role you will need an understanding of global regulatory requirements in privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance, coupled with excellent communication and instructional design skills to translate these requirements into clear and concise guidance and education materials for relevant business stakeholders and customer account teams.

    More specifically, you will have the following experience and skills:

    • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of international data privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance laws and regulations, including EU, US and parallel international accountability requirements.

    • 7+ years of experience managing internal education programs for a global IT company, writing and editing process and policy guidance, and developing associated support materials in coordination with privacy legal specialists and subject matter experts.

    • Experience with creating and maintaining educational content for a global workforce, assisting users with publishing and content management tasks, providing writing and editorial support for communications projects including newsletters, blogs, presentations, videos, and other multimedia content.

    • Proven ability to work as part of diverse and multi-cultural teams and to collaborate with colleagues across legal, business, and technical functions.

    • Demonstrated business judgment and ability to rationalize business processes and operations.

    Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

    • Degree in management or business studies from an accredited university

    • Certified training in technical communication, instructional design, IT project management, or similar disciplines

    • Certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking and Agile methodologies are a plus

    • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred

    • Experience working in technology industry (IT, outsourcing, managed services or cloud computing industries) and/or regulated industry
