A proven HR generalist: Balances vision, drive for results, a learning orientation and employee outcomes across complex teams. Brings experience and wisdom as an HR generalist and proven track record of success, ideally having worked in an IT services environment.
Translation of global strategies into an employee strategy for the global market: Conceptualizes and implements HR strategies, practices, and policies supportive of the organization's growth objectives and aligned to market priorities.
Relationship building and influencing: As a global partner to the practices, builds authentic relationships and garners influence as a key thought partner. Influences executive teams to leverage HR programs and initiatives, leads the business discussion of HR and talent issues, facilitates decision-making on business issues related to HR opportunities, and provides ongoing coaching and consultation to support business leader performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic partner to the global practice leaders.
Partners and collaborates with line management and executive teams and other functional areas (such as compensation, benefits, workforce diversity) to proactively address business issues related to workforce development and productivity
Providing advice and counsel on multiple initiatives (such as workforce optimization) and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues
Responsible for implementing programs that are specific to a consulting organization
Plays strategic role in organization success, focusing on employee experience and talent by developing and implementing initiatives
Accountable for the talent strategy in the consulting organization

Compensation
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $146,040 to $277,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $160,680 to $332,760
Colorado: $146,040 to $277,320
New York City: $175,080 to $332,760
Washington: $160,680 to $305,160
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partner/Generalist, Talent (Acquisition, Development, Succession), Workforce Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations and Compensation
Proven ability to work in a global, matrixed environment
Proven ability to lead through cultural and organizational transformation
A track record of developing strong relationships at all levels of the organization, through relevance, trust, influence, and delivery
Strong communicator down and up who conveys a sense of purpose and positive energy
Strategic thought partner with an innovative and progressive approach to HR
Possesses strong business acumen
Fluent English skill
Proven ability to sponsor and lead complex strategic projects
Ability to analyze and represent information and strategy with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with diverse teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail orientated
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or MBA.
Experience at a Consulting firm strongly preferred
Familiar with Organizational Design
