Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize supplier relationships, improve cost efficiency
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Servicesand HR Services category and subcategories
Develop and maintain strong relationship with global suppliers to enhance collaboration and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring the most favorable outcomes for Kyndryl in every engagement including trade balance management
Effective stakeholder management is key
Communicate supplier advantages and offerings to internal stakeholders and procurement executives
Drive and negotiate Global Services and Global HR Services contracts and negotiations
Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain, and develop strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively
Give sourcing guidance to WW Timezone Buyers in the area of Services and HR Services categories
Drive and optimizes WW RFx
Analyze market trends, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and identify opportunities for cost savings. Implement strategies to achieve financial objectives and improve overall procurement performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and quality assurance, to align procurement strategies with organizational goals and objectives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Who You Are
Who You Are
8 years+ experience in procurement/strategic sourcing
Strong negotiator
Experience in the Services and HR Services category
Experience in supplier relationship management
Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Presentation skills to executive levels
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Demonstrate leadership skills
Demonstrate extensive experience in RFx handling
Able to build up strong relationship with senior executives and clients
Strong determination to achieve given targets
Ability to work in a fast turnaround / dynamic environment
