    Position summary

    leshooting, and solutions for technical issues related to software, hardware, networks, and systems. Translate technical documents, reports, and user manuals from Japanese to English and vice versa. Participate in IT projects that involve Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring that requirements are well understood and met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, network, and support teams) to deliver quality IT services and solutions.

    Provide training to team members in Japanese as necessary. Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, ensuring they are accessible in both Japanese and English.

    This is a project-based role where you'll enjoy deep involvement throughout the lifespan of a project, as well as the chance to work closely with Technicians, and PMs. Whatever your current level of tech savvy or where you want your career to lead, you'll find the right opportunities and a buddy to support your growth.     Required Professional Experience

    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT or technical setting.

    • Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in IT systems, including networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting

    • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, databases, or programming languages is a plus.

    • Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

    Preferred Professional Experience

    • Certifications in Japanese language proficiency JLPT N2 or above

    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals

    • Experience in working with Japanese clients or in a multicultural team is preferred.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
