• Create and maintain detailed work plans and procedures based on existing design documents, past procedures, and templates.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.

• Review customer-requested changes, provide feedback, and implement them in a timely manner.

• Execute patching and maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to system operations.

• Construct Linux (RHEL) servers using Ansible.

Required Technical and Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 4-6 years of strong hands-on experience with LINUX systems administration, patching, and troubleshooting.

• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with JLPT certification.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.

• Experience in creating OpenShift on-premises

• Ability to create and test a playbook for building a RHEL server based on the base document.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities.

• Familiarity with various IT concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
