In this role, you'll act as a technical escalation point for Systems Management Specialists and provides technical leadership to internal delivery teams, customers and Kyndryl Account Teams regarding all technical discussions, major incidents, complex RFS activities etc. Works closely with customers to review the IT environment, work on remediating technological gaps, develop remediation plans and provide technical recommendations.
When urgent or emergency changes are needed, you'll guide the team through expedited change management processes, ensuring that solutions are implemented swiftly and smoothly. Required Skills and Experience
Education: Computer Technician / Bachelor or Systems Engineer / Bachelor or Telecommunications Engineer
At least two years of experience with monitoring tools
Knowledge of Ansible Tower
Knowledge of WebHook, Impact Policy Language (IPL), JavaScript, JSON functions
Desirable Certification: ITIL V3 or 4
Soft skills: Responsible and committed to achieving objectives
Knowledge in IT service management and Cybersecurity (-) Experience in administration of IT Infrastructure Monitoring tools, Applications, Networks, Databases
Experience with Power Shell - Intermediate
Experience with Linux bash - Intermediate
SQL Server database administration - Intermediate
Linux and AIX operating system administration - Intermediate
Desirable knowledge of Azure.
