    Position summary

    open customer and internal requirements using Workday Projects.

    This role will also work closely with the HR Technology Workday Product Owner and CIO teams on improvements to Workday Projects. This could include defining requirements with the Workforce Solutions team, recommending change requests and optimization, writing test cases and supporting change management activities, as well as supporting and/or delivering enablement to improve everyday processes.

    Specific project work you would own and support in this role could include any/all of the following examples:

    • Review how Workday Projects is used as the primary system supporting the work of the Resource Managers and recommend process changes or improvements

    • Design or improve upon monthly scorecards that measure effectiveness, provide regular governance, or operational reviews

    • Review and improve the weekly employee resource review meetings and other regular forums with country COOs and other stakeholders; identify opportunities for consistency and effectiveness, incorporating the review of contingent workers, and implementing best practices

    • Conduct operational reviews and use data analysis to ensure employee resources are mapped and appropriated to the right accounts, and are being fully utilized

    • Support the talent supply evolution and its impact on Workday Projects

    • Partner with Talent Acquisition as needed on any work or projects as required

    • Lead or contribute to additional special projects as required

    The compensation range for this position in the US is $116,760 to $221,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.

    There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

    California: $128,400 to $266,040

    Colorado: $116,760 to $221,880

    New York City: $140,040 to $266,040

    Washington: $128,400 to $243,960

    This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off. Note: if this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

    This role requires previous experience in process improvement and a demonstrated track record of leading and implementing process optimization initiatives. To be successful in this role you will have the following experience and expertise:

    • 7+ years experience of business process improvement around workforce solutions, talent supply, human capital management or talent acquisition

    • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements based on data-driven insights

    • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

    • Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to clearly articulate process changes and outcomes by stakeholder/persona

    • Strategic Thinking - ability to align process improvements with broader organizational goals, ensuring that changes contribute to the overall strategy and success of Workforce Solutions and its stakeholders

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience with Workday Projects, Professional Services Automation (PSA) strongly preferred

    • Experience with Workday Core HCM (Position Management)

    • Experience in a Workforce Solutions/Workforce Management role supporting the business
