Agile .NET Developer

Location:  United Kingdom (Remote, Hybrid)

Your New Role:

We are looking for an Agile .NET Developer, with Cloud Knowledge, to join us on a permanent basis.  We require talented individuals to apply their Software Engineering Skills to work on an exciting Integration Project for one of our clients.

The Role You Will Play:

You will work closely with the Agile Team’s Work stream Lead, Tech Lead, Scrum master and Systems Engineers to deliver code iterations, against defined specifications, within fortnightly Sprint windows. Our team comprises of a blend of senior, intermediate and junior.NET devs. It is a great place to apply your skills and knowledge, learn new skills, learn from others and help make our team one of the best Agile .NET development teams within the company.
 

Your role will involve:

• Developing Interfaces from Specification

• Completing development tasks on time within 2 week sprints

• Providing assistance to other members of the team, when required

• Investigation and fixing of code bugs and defects

• Unit Testing Code

• Integration Testing Code

• Writing Technical & Support Documentation

• Participation in Daily Team Stand-ups

• Reviewing Code with other Senior Team Members

• Testing of developed code with the client

• Attendance at client workshops, when required

• Performing releases using standard deployment tools and processes

What Does Leidos Require From Me?:

• C# .NET Experience

• MS Azure Experience

• Basic SQL Knowledge

• XML Knowledge

• Agile Practices Knowledge

• Unit Testing Experience

• Atlassian Stack Familiarity

• Source Control Experience, such as Bitbucket, GIT

Highly Desirable skills:

• Micro Services Experience

• REST API Experience

• Service Bus Knowledge

• Azure Functions

• MVC

• Terraform Knowledge
