will be the primary interface between subcontractors and the program for the contractual management of agreements typically of a low dollar value, risk, creativity and complexity and will interact with other functional areas (e.g., program management, contracts, project control, finance, growth, etc.) to complete the necessary activities for the portfolio they're assigned.
Primary Responsibilities
While not an exhaustive list, activities in the subcontracting process that are responsibilities of this role are supporting proposal activities (e.g., negotiation of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements, preparation of solicitation packages from customer requirements, evaluation of subcontractor proposals, price analysis, negotiation of price and terms and conditions, etc.) and subcontract award and post-award management (e.g., subcontract modifications, risk identification & mitigation, issue resolution, internal reporting, closeout activities, etc.). The complexity of assignments will increase with demonstrated proficiency, judgement, and business acumen.
Basic Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
Must be US Citizen
Must be able to clearly articulate statuses and issues to management, internal partners, and suppliers
Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree preference: Supply Chain Management or Business Administration

Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00
