    Position summary

    al and functional support to meet key intelligence collection management needs.

    • Optimize Collection Strategies: Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of multi-INT collection efforts, ensuring the execution of collection plans aligns with strategic objectives. You'll be directly contributing to intelligence gathering that informs critical decisions.

    • Drive Decision-Making with Data: Manage complex ISR data, ensuring consistency and accuracy, and produce actionable visualizations and insightful reports that guide high-level intelligence objectives.

    • Identify and Close Gaps: Analyze collection gaps and explore innovative solutions to bridge them, ensuring intelligence requirements are continuously met with precision.

    • Measure Success: Develop methods and metrics to assess the performance of collection efforts, utilizing MOEs (Measures of Effectiveness) and MOPs (Measures of Performance) to produce comprehensive feedback and enhance operational outcomes.

    What You'll Bring to the Table:

    • Clearance & Citizenship: Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility. US Citizenship required.

    • Master's degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 17 years of experience (your experience must include at least two years within the last five).

    • Proficiency in collection management systems and data analysis tools. Ability to pass USCENTCOM Collection Management Course and DIA CCMP-F certification exam within one year.

    • A deep understanding of intelligence collection methodologies and force management concepts.

    • Familiarity with USCENTCOM operations and an aptitude for quickly adapting to mission needs.

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
