Description
Leidos is looking for a highly-motivated, first-class Document Management Analyst I to join us in supporting the Litigation Support Section of the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. The location is 450 5th Street NW, Washington, DC.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Enter and update all relevant information into ATR proprietary tracking database, CMTS
Create production media copies from network location and or source media
Download document productions from onsite file sharing system, JEFS
Create archive media copies of data downloaded from JEFS
Virus scan files and copy data files to network locations
Notify Case Manager of any issues and/or concerns with production information provided by staff in CMTS
Flexible schedule with the ability to work extra hours when requested
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Basic Qualifications:
One year of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree.
Ability to work independently in a team environment
Strong writing and verbal skills
Basic knowledge working with computers and copying data
Strong data entry skills
Ability to multi-task as required to complete media copies, etc.
Strong writing and verbal skills
Familiarity with Government IT and network environment desired, including Outlook and Word software
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance
Flexible schedule; available for extra hours as required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of imaging software helpful
Experience working in a litigation support environment preferred
Basic knowledge of Relativity helpful
Current or active clearance preferred.
This position is covered under the Service Contract Act and is subject to minimum wage requirements as well as the minimum Health and Welfare benefit. Leidos will ensure that all provisions are met through their wages and benefits. The pay for this position will be $17.38/hr.
