Primary Responsibilities
Develop a broad understanding of our businesses and strategies
Engage engineers and leaders across our business to learn about frictions, gaps, and opportunities to drive efficiency in our energy business
Develop strong understanding of as-is processes and develop documentation
Collaborate to explore opportunities to drive beneficial and disruptive change
Develop to-be visions of processes and methods through deep collaboration with power and AI SMEs
Communicate, refine, and evolve concepts to align technical, business, and physics constraints
Cultivate a repository of these use cases and opportunities and serve as the informed leader for development teams who seek to execute, deliver, and transform workflow tools and techniques as the 'big picture thinker'.
Serve both internal and external clients as necessary, and flex between discovery leadership and execution leadership to help lead concepts to reality.
Sell the vision for change you help create and cultivate to skeptics and laggards who remain unsure, and integrate the frictions and concerns their experience can foresee.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with eight plus (4+) years of relevant experience. May consider more years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Strong problem-solving, conceptual, and analytical abilities
Experience developing architecture and strategy plans for people/process workflows
Basic knowledge of electric power systems and the power grid
Basic conceptual knowledge of AI/ML strategies including supervised, unsupervised, semi-supervised, and reinforcement learning
An intellectually curious mindset and passion for learning / sense-making
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; you will need to learn enough to envision and champion change
Excellent teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize tasks independently
Must currently have a valid U.S Passport or the ability to obtain one for international travel
Ability to travel up to (50%)
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience in low/medium/high voltage power system design
Formal AI training courses or degree
Direct experience as a business process change consultant

Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
