ns. The ideal candidate will have a background of successfully collaborating with customers and customer stakeholders in a DoD and/or DISA environment. The DPM will work in a collaborative and innovative culture to provide our customers with the best possible solutions that meet their strategic goals. Due to the unique nature of the innovations team and the success realized on GSMO to date the ideal candidate would also bring a business growth and capture mindset to support new customer engagements and mission focused roadmap creation to drive modernization across the current mission landscape while enabling expansion to new customer requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
Support programmatic responsibility (cost, schedule, performance) for executing assigned special projects.
Support managing the project's cost, ensuring proper staffing to execute the project and operate within the budget, and identifying and executing actions needed to mitigate any cost drivers.
Support financial performance (revenue, operating income, margin) against the Annual Operating Plan, focusing on maximizing profitability.
Deliver consistent performance to meet or exceed all contractual requirements.
Work with the PM to coordinate, document, and communicate strategic and tactical priorities; back up the PM during required program reviews.
Build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with Customers while developing a deep understanding of their priorities.
Comply with Customer and Government processes and ensure commitments are tracked in our forecasts.
Work collaboratively with Business Development and other marketing/capture support personnel to enable growth on the contract.
Manage the team to develop innovative solutions and pursue new and on-contract growth opportunities based on program and customer priorities.
Manage work authorizations, approve timecards, and track charging time against the plan.
Manage the growth, performance, and professional development of staff.
Identify risks, resolve problems, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Manage subcontractor relationships and oversee staff augmentation.
Track funding of subcontracts and approve subcontractor's invoices/timesheets.

Basic Qualifications
BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years or prior relevant experience.
U.S. Citizenship required with a Secret Clearance
4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
Experience managing high-tempo technical teams and demonstrated multi-team management skills, decision-making, communication, and time management.
Experience formulating a technical strategy
Knowledge of Agile Development Methodology
Knowledge of DevSecOps processes
Knowledge of Engineering and Management Processes (e.g. ITIL, PMP)
Knowledge of Federal and DoD industry/government best practices
Ability to gain internal consensus support; operate independently; conceive new and innovative ideas and solutions; predict potential outcomes, and conclude which alternative course of action to follow
Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization.
Ability to collaborate with Program Management and customers in forming strategies to improve performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
Demonstrates integrity, respect, commitment to excellence, collaboration, agility, and diversity.
Experience mentoring staff to maintain high levels of performance and positive morale.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledgeable in AWS Cloud Solutions
Knowledgeable in DoD RMF
Experience working with DISA

Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
