Java Software Developer - Senior

ng systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, scientific, and general computing applications.
oSets operational specifications and formulates and analyzes software requirements.
oDesigns embedded systems software.
oApplies principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
oPossesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
oPlans and leads major technology assignments.
oEvaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
oFunctions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
oMay supervise others.

Basic Qualifications:
oBachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems
oManagement, other related discipline, or equivalent experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
o8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience
oAbility to work well within a small team environment
oStrong communication skills
oUS Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:
oExperience with software product development
oAgile Experience
oSoftware development tools: JIRA, Confluence
oLanguages/frameworks: JIRA
oSource control tools: GIT
oDOD Secret Clearance is required.

Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
