    Responsibilities:

    • Works on writing, editing, proofreading and/or providing writing support on non-technical and/or technical documents or sections of documents such as manuals, procedures, and specifications in support of the OM&S contract.

    • Writing and editing responsibilities include, technical, creative, digital, marketing, and product development to meet customer requirements.

    • Design and develop technical manuals, brochures, training materials, or other documentation in support of contract deliverables.

    • Research technical reference materials, gather relevant technical information and collaborating with teammates or other experts to develop draft and final copies of documentation based on contract requirements.

    • Works under limited supervision to achieve day-to-day objectives of completing draft and final documentation.

    • Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Current Secret level clearance.

    • Ability to produce quality technical writing documents applicable to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).

    • Understanding of industry practices and standards as applicable technical writing.

    • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.

    • Bachelor's degree - Candidate may substitute additional years of experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.

    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience.

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $49,400.00 - $89,300.00

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
