Responsibilities:
The junior management analyst conducts organizational studies and evaluations under close supervision.
In collaboration with the technical team, designs MPE systems and procedures.
Conducts work simplification and measurement studies and prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in optimizing network performance.
Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager.
Required Qualifications:
Current Secret level clearance.
Ability to apply Management Analyst methodologies to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).
Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of prior relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree - Candidate may substitute additional years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience.

Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00
