    Leidos Defense Group is seeking an experienced Knowledge Management/Software Development individual to support a high priority, high visibility implementation project in support of a very large, high profile DISA Timing and Sync Program. The Contractor will be responsible for providing full support to the customer on multiple, simultaneous tasks.

    Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    The Contractor shall organize the contents of the T&S SharePoint repository/portal according to WBS work packages & activities.  The Contractor shall manage stakeholder access to the T&S portal per approval of Government PM or designee.  The Contractor shall assist T&S team members in the development of dashboards & reports.  The Contractor shall serve as the Knowledge Manager, responsible for managing and organizing knowledge assets within the organization. The Contractor shall develop white papers, presentations, and manuals from information collected from team members.  The Contractor shall develop Tactics, Techniques, & Procedures (TTP) from information collected from team members.  The Contractor shall ensure proper classification of documentation in accordance with the T&S Security Classification Guide (SCG).  The Contractor shall assist the Tier III SME in developing training manuals.  The Contractor shall create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and release notes, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness.  

    • Support the implementation of Knowledge Management in the directorates across all domains - people, processes, and tools.

    • Configure SharePoint services and settings and document those configurations, along with architecture. Manage disk space usage, file size limits, and site quotas and create / manage content databases.

    • Provide SharePoint support to end-users. Manage and report on the overall server health and functionality. Review events and messages reported in Event Viewer and Performance Monitor. Monitor and report on SharePoint trends to include site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth. Document administration, maintenance, structure, and user permissions for SharePoint.

    • Automate Business Processes using SharePoint Workflow capabilities within SharePoint Designers as required.

    • Support changes across knowledge management in coordination with other site knowledge managers such as recurring bug fixes, minor updates, etc

    • Be proficient in development using some of the following technologies: JavaScript/Jquery, Agile Development, Content Types, Related Lists, Web parts, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), System Architecture, Visual Studio, Geospatial Mapping, Keyhole Markup Language (KML) Files, Easy Tabs, Structure Query Language (SQL), Extensible Markup Language (XML), eXtensible Stylesheet Language (XLST), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP)/Representational State Transfer (REST), Tableau, Sentinel, Service Now, Business Intelligence (BI), and Jira

    • Responsible for writing, editing, and preparing technical reports as well as planning, organizing, researching, writing, and editing program documentation.

    • Prepares a variety of correspondence and reports.

    • Ensure all documentation has the proper format, content, and ensure timely completion and transition of each assigned project.

    • Reviews and edits technical reports and documents.

    • Coordinate with internal and external customers and task order personnel to resolve comments and provide consolidated reply to all comments.

    • Determines and plans technical report requirements and ensures, through research, that the technical report will meet the intended use.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.

    • US Citizen with an active DoD Secret security clearance

    • Knowledge of and a proficiency in using Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint)

    • Knowledge of policy development and maintenance

    • Understanding of key network monitoring protocols

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior DISA Experience

    Pay Range $78,https://000.00 - $141,https://000.00
