Create, manage, and troubleshoot load balanced IP address spaces
Develop and implement technical solutions in collaboration with engineers and architects
Provide after-hours support to 24/7/365 IT Operations Center personnel to assist with troubleshooting service outages
Develop and update technical solutions, operating procedures and other documentation for 24/7/365 IT Operations Center personnel to assist with initial troubleshooting and triage efforts
Basic Qualifications:
Experienced in administering and managing F5 load balancer appliances in an enterprise environment
Knowledge of standards, concepts, and tools to be able to complete technology monitoring and management of F5 appliances.
Technical knowledge backing up PKI certificates and appliance configurations.
Extensive experience creating, managing, and troubleshooting load balanced IP address spaces.
Experience working independently in support of customer requirements
Experience interfacing with team members on requirements and solutions
Familiar with IT Service Management products such as ServiceNow
Certifications:
Candidate must, at a minimum, meet DoD https://8570.11- IAT Level II certification requirements (currently Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, or SSCP)
Candidate must possess an F5 Certified Administrator (201) or higher certification
Education:
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Masters degree with 6 years
Education equivalency of Associate’s with 10 years of related experience or High School Diploma with 12 years of related experience can be used in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
Security Clearance:
Due to the nature of the government contracts we support, US Citizenship is required.
TS/SCI with Poly is required for position or a TS/SCI and willingness to get a Poly.
Pay Range $84,https://500.00 - $152,https://750.00
