Leidos is seeking a Materials Coordinator to join our team in support of work for our customer. This position will consist of a rotation schedule and will be primarily located in Ventura, CA.  We are expecting award in Fall 2022.

Primary Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate shall work as a Material Coordinator for M/OUSV vessel.

• Duties include the following: incoming receipt and inspection; stock inventoried materials; perform cycle counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies; coordinate large (pallet) shipments of materials through receiving and distribution phases; support inventory management of company-owned, government-owned, and customer-owned assets; package and ship products; and assist others as assigned.

• The candidate shall be required to effectively interface with all levels of internal staff including engineering, program management, procurement, and external suppliers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Position requires the ability to perform in an arduous duty environment.

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1 to 3 years of prior relevant experience.

• US citizen with ability to obtain an active Secret Security Clearance.

• Strong communication and analytical skills required.

• Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.

• Attention to detail is critical.

• Ability work through issues with all levels of team members.

• Ability to lift 40lbs.

• Individuals must possess the ability and demeanor to share common spaces over lengthy deployment periods and work closely with others in a small working area and in a shipboard environment.

• Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Secret Security Clearance.

• Prior US military service, preferably Navy and on a Surface Navy platform.

• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office products.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $37,050.00 - $57,000.00 - $76,950.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
