Description
The Intel Group has a dynamic job opening for an Operations & Maintenance Lead Lorton, VA / Washington, DC. All work will be performed onsite at the customer site. In this role, you will be recognized as the subject matter expert and will have a thorough understanding of sustainment operations, engineering, technical and program management support services and associated supplies to support the IT infrastructure related requirements and operations. You will be relied upon to influence development of solutions that impact mission goals and objectives and will be expected to work independently and resolve highly complex problems using significant application of technical knowledge, conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation of facts and requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
The Operations & Maintenance Lead is the senior POC and lead for ensuring that Government and industry best practices for maintaining Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability (CIA) of campus IT infrastructure are applied and executed in the sustainment of assigned IT systems and services.
Basic Qualifications

Active TS clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or technical field.
Active PMI PMP certification or equivalent certification.
Active Certified ITIL Version 3 / 4 Intermediate Level.
Experience managing and supervising an IT service desk and incident response system with a multi-disciplinary staff (40 persons or more) to ensure IT systems and services delivery and performance are in accordance with SLAs.
Experience maintaining, monitoring, reporting, diagnosing, and repairing IT systems and services in accordance with Government and industry standards, policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Experience in configuration management, updating, and patching of IT systems and services in a Configuration Control Board (CCB)-managed environment.
Experience in coordinating and executing the provisioning, configuring, and setup of IT systems and services for multiple tenant populations.
Experience managing and maintaining the underlying technologies listed in the TOR.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials and communicating and coordinating with other Government contractors and Industry.
Recent Department of Homeland Security / St. Elizabeth’s headquarters campus IT infrastructure familiarity.
Pay Range $118,300.00 - $182,000.00 - $245,700.00
