Description
The Intel Group has a dynamic job opening for a Physical Security IT Lead in Lorton, VA / Washington, DC. All work will be performed onsite at the customer site. In this role, you will be recognized as the subject matter expert and will have a thorough understanding of advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts in Physical Security to include operations, engineering, technical and program management support services and associated supplies to support the cyber related requirements and operations. You will be relied upon to influence development of solutions that impact mission goals and objectives and will be expected to work independently and resolve highly complex problems using significant application of technical knowledge, conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation of facts and requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
The Physical Security IT Lead is the senior POC and lead for ensuring that Government and industry best practices for maintaining Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability (CIA) of campus physical security systems and services are applied and executed in the systems engineering, implementation, and O&M of assigned physical security systems and services.

Experience with SE of physical security IT systems and services, in an Interagency Security Committee Facility Security Level 5 environment, in accordance with Government and industry standards, policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Experience with physical security certification and accreditation per Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705), Intelligence Community Standard 705-1 (ICS 705¬1), and Intelligence Community Standard 705-2 (ICS 705-2).
Experience with UL-2050 and UL-1981.
Experience providing physical security engineering services using a variety of technologies.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials and communicating and coordinating with other Government contractors and industry.
Pay Range $94,250.00 - $145,000.00 - $195,750.00
