    Position summary

    • Conduct trend analysis on program activities, which include but are not limited to: site surveys, site installations, site de-installations, customer training, funding requirements, customer service/outage tickets, new growth opportunities, customer concern areas, and new technologies.
    • Conduct forecast analysis on program revenue and work with finance on staffing and program affordability.
    • Produce, validate and ensure timely completion of customer and program-specific reports requiring in depth knowledge of the Government's MicroFocus Solutions Business Manager Integrated Support System (ISS) workflow tools.
    • Participate in Engineering Team meetings as a Global Operations/Junior Cyber Security representative. These meetings will include discussions on ISS/RF-ITV releases, TIPS read/write software modifications and releases, AGM testing and releases, discussions on Next Generation Tags and Engineering Review Boards.
    • Task responsibilities require that funding from every contract modification is incorporated into the ISS tool so Global Operation missions can be executed; this includes notification and solution recommendations to Leidos and Government leadership when funding issues exist. Task also requires monitoring of all active missions to ensure closure in accordance with our monthly financial goals, and ability to proactively motivate appropriate personnel if missions are seemingly not closing as planned.
    • Manage program CACs, LOAs, PERSTATs, NHE Payment Processing, Fusion MR Slides, IPR slides, SLO preview/final reports, Program risks, COCOM Funding Tracker and various other tasks and duties, as required.

    • Support Cyber Security Team with updating/maintaining Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS) for contract team members. Maintain monthly RF-ITV User Compliance Report, which tracks training, DoD 8570 certifications, and DoD clearance status of all team members. In addition, notify team members of required training renewals and expiring certifications and all other IA/Cyber tasks, as required.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5 or Associate's Degree and 7+ years of prior relevant experience.
    • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
    • Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance, and ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Possess a DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+) certification.
    • Possess a working knowledge of the MicroFocus Solutions Business Manager (SBM) Integrated Support System (ISS) tool, ISS Reports, RF-ITV Tracking Portal, TIPS Read/Write software, and TC-AIMS II software.

    • Finance and/or Cyber Security background with a focus on Information Assurance Risk Management Framework.

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
