Primary Responsibilities
The position requires strong attention to detail, an ability to effectively communicate, and tactfully resolve conflicts when they arise.
Coordinate travel and transportation locally, nationwide, and occasionally international for senior executives.
Assist senior executives with executing periodic meetings and events.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of the customer's mission.
Basic Qualifications
Must possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph . Candidates who do not currently possess a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance will not be considered.
Bachelor's degree (or approximately 2 years of relevant experience) and 4 years of relevant experience in similar role(s).
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and other collaboration tools.
Possess extensive knowledge tracking multiple initiatives, prioritizing and monitoring tasks, and coordinating solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience staffing correspondence with external entities, such as other office or agencies within the federal government.
Knowledge and experience supporting compartmented or Special Access Programs (SAP).

Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
