onitor software licenses to ensure they comply with license agreements and usage standards.
Ensure audit compliance for IT software assets.
Develop material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage and disposition of property.
Establish program-level Defense Property Accountability System(s) for incoming property (Line Item Receiving Report), transferred property and excessed property.
Coordinate and perform all property accountability functions and property management functions in accordance with government guidance and industry best practices.
Serve as mentor to other Asset Management team members.
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly
Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience working in Asset Management. Additional years of logistics experience considered in lieu of degree.
Proficiency with Excel pivot tables
Experience with property accounting processes to include the associated forms.
Knowledge of automated inventory control systems.
Experience with ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material handling, property accountability and discharge of excess property.
Experience with processing paperwork related DD1149s.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experienced with DISA and DISA's support to mission partners
Active CI Poly Preferred

As part of this task order, Leidos will manage the commercial cloud migration and disestablishment of legacy systems, fully automate the continuous development & continuous integration environment, fourth estate consolidation, professionalize services - ITIL/DevSecOps based processes, improve the customer experience 1st call resolution, and achieve development of a service catalog for Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) Model.
