    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Expert Analysis: Serve as an expert operational specialist, performing analysis of sensitive requirements to determine the viability of proposed capabilities for achieving military results that conventional approaches cannot accomplish.

    • Stakeholder Interaction: Interact with multiple government and non-government stakeholders regarding project execution and provide expert recommendations to government project and program leadership.

    • Project Management: Prepare draft correspondence, project information slides, graphs, and charts on behalf of government project leadership. Track project status, prepare projections and trends, and make recommendations for project adjustments and duration.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Requires a BA/BS degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience (additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

    • Minimum of 10 years of analytical experience within DoD or equivalent government agencies, with 5 years at the operational level.

    • Current Top Secret SCI security clearance.

    • Acute knowledge of Special Operations typically obtained through military training and operational experience.

    • Advanced writing and communication skills, with experience producing written intelligence analysis and briefings with minimal oversight.

    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using current analytic tools, databases, and intelligence and operational systems.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Graduate from one of the following courses: ASOT LVL-III, FTC, OTC, DATC, ASOC, AMSOC, or SOC.

    • Commensurate leadership experience and abilities in the fields of special operations, project management, and field tradecraft with a minimum of 15 years of experience.

    • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

    • Requires a BA/BS degree and/or 15+ years of prior relevant experience (additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
