Meet/interview customer to capture specific requirements in concise format
Determine options and provide a coordinated approach to managing the planning of services performing the actual conversion or rebuilding of exiting forms, tools and workflows to function in the new environment
Perform other related duties needed to achieve mission success
5+ years' experience with SharePoint (2013, 2019, SPO) Workflow development
Experience with SharePoint templates (site templates, list templates, master page customization)
Foundational knowledge around SharePoint servers and services
Time management skills and ability to prioritize workload based on customer requirements
Strong oral and written communications skills
Experience with collecting, clarifying, and documenting requirements from customers
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) technologies, such as Service Now, for tracking, documenting, and resolving incidents and problems
Familiarity with JIRA or similar Project Management tools for tracking and documenting requirements through implementation
Candidate must, at a minimum, meet DoD 8570.11- IAT Level II certification requirements (currently Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, or SSCP)
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 6 years, Associate's with 10 years, or High School Diploma with 12 years.
Due to the nature of the government contracts we support, US Citizenship is required.
TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required or a TS/SCI and willingness to obtain a Polygraph.
Strong understanding of Microsoft M365 and SharePoint Online
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Power Platforms
ITIL Foundations Certification

Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
