SME Instructional And Exercise Support Lead TS/SCI Poly

cLean, VA. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:

• Leads development of in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments

• Meets regularly with customer to gather and prioritize requirements for team

• Creates and maintains team's workload documents

• Promotes training across organization

• Ensures all products are consistent with government-approved programs of instruction standards that prioritize accessibility to resources per EO 14035

• May assist with all aspects of the courses, including instructional design, tracking course enrollment, scheduling guest speakers if required, and incorporating student feedback for future course improvement

Basic Qualifications

• Ten years of experience and a M.A./M.S. degree or 12 years with a B.A./B.S. and at least 6 years of management level responsibility.

• TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
