    Your Main Objective:

    Leidos is looking for a Systems Engineer to join a team of similar individuals who work alongside the government to support field sites. This candidate will provide support for user issues (applications, accesses), physical site issues, dataflow, communications, etc.

    The successful candidate will be a part of a team that provides support to multiple organizations from a central location, with no travel requirements. This is an exciting position that supports a mission critical program with high visibility and a proven track record.

    What Sets You Apart:

    Qualifications: Twenty (20) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

    Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

    System Engineer - Level 3

    Tasking includes, but not limited to:

    • Oversee and manage Windows and application teams (~15 FTE) to support collaboration, technical strategy, and ensure completion of requirements

    • Act as primary liaison with Technical Director to complete all division technical projects on-time.

    • Lead creation of contract technical deliverables for technical reporting, assist PM with final deliverables.

    • Oversee and improve technical processes within the organization to achieve efficiency and proactive posture.

    The candidate must currently possess and maintain one of the following certifications:

    • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate - Server (MCSA-Serv)

    • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

    • NetApp Certified Data Management Administrator (NCDA)

    • XML Master Basic

    • Red Hat Certified Systems Engineer (RHCSE)

    • Security Certified Network Architect (SCNA)

    • VMWare Certified Professional

    • EMC Isilon Storage Professional

    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

    • Tibco Trained Professional - Enterprise Message Service (TTP-EMS)

    • Riverbed Certified Solutions Professional (RCSP)

    • Or equivalent approved by customer.

    • TS/SCI w/Poly Required

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
