    Position summary

    and interface regularly with SMEs and external teams. The candidate must be a proactive, self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The SE will develop technical documentation, system architecture and system design documentation; interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Derive functional, system, and performance requirements

    • Develop various systems engineering artifacts (CONOPs, architecture diagrams, etc.)

    • Write and review documentation

    • Work with a team to support and reverse engineer cryptanalytic/encryption/decryption software

    Basic Qualifications

    Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

    The candidate must have experience and/or knowledge of the following:

    • Systems engineering documentation

    • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

    • Experience with reviewing/analyzing software to determine and document functionality

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    • Familiarity with cryptanalysis, encryption/decryption

    • Signals analysis and/or strong math background

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of software development (C preferred)

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
