Description
Leidos is seeking a Technical Editor to support a Springfield, VA based customer. The technical editor will use a variety of word-processing software, mainly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, to edit training documents and reviews videos for the NGA College and occasionally for offices outside the College. The editor will ensure that the document’s grammar, wording, and formatting are correct and in compliance with the NGA style manual. In a few cases, the editor will review PDF documents and will make comments in the documents to identify needed or suggested corrections. The editor will review videos and web-based training presentations and will identify needed or suggested changes. On some occasions, the editor will transcribe videos. The editor will occasionally mentor and train junior editors on the contract on the more advanced aspects of writing as needed.
This role is needed in multiple locations : Springfield, VA and St Louis, MO

Pay Range $59,150.00 - $91,000.00 - $122,850.00
