Solid working knowledge of:
High level of problem solving capability
Root cause analysis and technical report writing
Fluent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of PLC Controls (Not Essential)
Experience
High level IT knowledge and proven experience of working successfully within a technical support role
Wide ranging technical background
Previous experience in all or some of the following areas:
Kubernetes configuration experience
Controls experience and understanding of the interfaced systems
Qualifications
Higher level qualifications or equivalent
IT, Controls qualifications to be taken into consideration
Other
Ability to support on-site across region and travel as required
Flexible approach to work office hours and provide out of office hours support, when required (dependant on rota)
5 Year traceable work history for airside passes and CTS checks
Valid UK Passport
