Description and Requirements

Job descriptions:

Internal Communication:

Ÿ Design the organization's internal communication strategy and plan to enhance the employees' understanding and recognition of the company strategy, value and culture.

Ÿ Be responsible for the content and publication of internal media including employee newsletter and Intranet; act as internal journalist and editor of the newsletter and Intranet for drafting, editing, layout design, translation/rewriting, proofreading and printing.

Ÿ Initiate, develop and implement various internal communication activities to promote such company cultures and cross-functional collaboration.

Ÿ Design channels and content for the communications between senior management and the employees and facilitate leadership communication in the company.

Employee Engagement:

Ÿ Plan, manage and drive the execution of employee engagement annual calendar and activities, including all employee meeting, regular town-hall, festival celebration, employee caring event, etc.

Ÿ Internal & cross-domain training for knowledge sharing.

Ÿ Analyzes and highlights employees' feedback to management team, recommends ways to improve employee satisfaction and take follow-up action on time.

Operation support:

Ÿ Support department ops works such as seat station, locker, travel expense, and holiday gift management and distribution.

Ÿ Manage intangible asset including awards, certification, patent, copywrites and etc.

Ÿ Connect with local property for other admin related task.
