  6. 能够清晰地向高管和跨部门团队用中文和英文展示研究成果。

资格要求:

  1. 拥有HCI(人机交互)、人类工程学、计算机科学与工程、消费者行为、心理学等相关专业的硕士或以上学位。

  2. 在科技或汽车行业拥有6-8年以上的可用性、可访问性和人类因素研究经验。

  3. 具备项目管理和人员管理经验,能够交付高质量成果。

  4. 对AI有良好了解,并有在AI产品中进行用户研究的经验者更佳。

  5. 在从研究设计到数据分析的定量和定性研究方面拥有丰富经验,并熟练使用研究工具和软件。

  6. 具备团队合作精神和良好的沟通技巧。

  7. 中文母语水平,英文书面和口头沟通能力强。

  8. 对用户研究和技术充满热情,注重细节,擅长发现用户洞察。

  9. 较强的逻辑和战略思维能力。

  10. 对创新想法和多元视角持开放态度。

Being a critical component of the renowned Design Innovation Team which takes in 50+ design awards globally every year, you will develop your research career at a world-class organization. Responsibilities:

Lead user research for Ai-based products and coach junior researchers. Conduct competitor research and review published research paper to collect Ai related research data to inform design and product team about the latest trend and research outcomes in human-Ai interaction. Establish user experience evaluation procedure and standard for Ai-based products. Build know-how in understanding human behavior in Ai-based products and develop guidelines for human-Ai interaction. Closely communicate and work with design & product team to conduct ad-hoc user testing and provide inspiring and actional insights for design iteration & product improvement. Able to present research findings clearly to executives and cross-function teams in both Chinese and English.

Qualifications:

  • Master degree or higher in HCI, human factor engineering, computer science and engineering, consumer behavior, and psychology related majors

  • More than 6 - 8 years research experience in tech or auto industry around usability, accessibility, and human factor research

  • Experience in project and people management to deliver high-quality result

  • A plus to have good knowledge about Ai and had user research experience in Ai products

  • Rich experience in both quantitative and qualitative research from research design to data analysis, and experienced in using research tools and software

  • Teamwork spirit and good communication skill

  • Native-level Chinese proficiency, English proficiency in written and verbal communication

  • Passionate about user research and technology, attention to details, and good at discovering user insights

  • Strong logical and strategic thinking

  • Open minded for innovative ideas and diverse perspectives
