Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
E2E support AP incentive and commission process including quota deployment, sales performance measurement and payment processing
Link between Sales incentive and sales management, HR, Finance, payroll team
Quarterly readiness cycle facilitation, drive earlier quota acceptance process
Direct support to sales reps and quick response to sales queries
Implement of new sales compensation tools, process or program
Sales force communication and virtual training delivery to sales, sales management, sales executive and business planners
Communicate issues to stakeholders
Escalation and exceptions management
Provide analysis on commission, plan and incentive program effectiveness
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent
3~6 years of related experience in sales incentive or related process
Project management and quality improvement experience is preferred
Fluent Japanese and English communication skills
Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
Priority management skills, flexibility, and can-do attitude
Ability to work under huge pressure, independently and with proactivity
Basic financial and business acumen, strong customer mindset
Data analysis skills
