Description and Requirements
Lenovo's Solutions & Services International Sales Organization (SSG ISO) is looking for an HR Specialist to join us in our Latin America region. In this role, you will closely with HR Leader to manage a wide range of HR functions and support to assigned business clients. This role is crucial in on all areas of HR including talent acquisition, resource planning, development, analytics, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure the organization's growth and success.
What You Will Do
Leadership Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to understand business objectives and align/execute HR programs accordingly. Assist in the implementation of transformation initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategics. Provide insights, participate in interviews, and act as liaison with Talent Acquisition team and Local HR Partner teams.
HR COE Partnership: Supports HR-related communications rollouts for assigned organization, ensuring that business is proactively aware to address HR programs and processes with accuracy following the HR calendar.
Employee Relations - Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by developing solid relationships at all levels. Proactively identify and address employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
Operational Excellence - Responsible for HR operational tasks and project actions such as HRIS actions in Workday, track headcount, and requisitions. Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboard to track and report on key HR metrics.
Change Agent - Act as a liaison for SSG locally. Suggest new initiatives and programs to implement. Stay informed about best practices and changing HR trends.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0-3 years of progressive experience in an HR role
General understanding of human resources disciplines, local laws, and compliance requirements
Ability to build relationships quickly and work across diverse teams, English speaking is a requirement (this role has a lot communication with USA every day)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High ethics and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with sales teams and across multi regions in Latin America
Project management skills and experience
Success in fast-moving, change management situations.
