Description and Requirements

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created team driving improvements in Lenovo's as-a-service solution portfolio while also supporting individual bids requiring custom solutions. This team is part of Lenovo TruScale, which focuses on enabling our customers to access industry-leading computing resources as a pay-for-what-you-use subscription. This team's goal is to support TruScale growth by enabling consistent, efficient, and positive services experiences driving expansion and renewal.

Lenovo's TruScale Services are growing, and Lenovo has designed an increasingly broad set of capabilities to be leveraged across our service offerings. We need creative, organized, detail-oriented people to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the TruScale portfolio. While our offering management teams are focused on launching and updating a set of standard offerings with a specific technology focus, this Portfolio Experience team takes on special projects to leverage unique TruScale capabilities across multiple offerings. Examples include how/when to utilize service delivery partners, refurbished equipment, 3rd party solution components, or metering tools to provide pay-for-use models. When customers require custom TruScale services, this team will guide our technology consultants and sellers to the optimal services design for custom bids.

You will gain cross-functional experience by supporting pursuits of new customer opportunities and by analyzing our existing customer base, then use that experience to generate, update, and distribute guidance on best practices for designing and selling solutions in Lenovo's TruScale Hybrid Cloud portfolio. You'll uncover obstacles and provide closed-loop resolution for issues in solution architecture, financing, proposals, contracts, transition to delivery, and more. Expect to work closely with our individual offering managers, principal service delivery consultants, developers, and sellers. You will work with our colleagues to distribute guidance internally via education modules, marketing updates, or integration into standard operating procedures.

This is a new team, and you will have flexibility to create and adjust tools and processes as needed to support the mission. At the same time, this team is backed by Lenovo's worldwide TruScale organization and is supported by dozens of team members motivated to make you successful. As a leader on this team, you will be expected to prioritize, promote, and help execute the adoption of new software, implementation of dashboards, creating team-to-team interlocks, or other tasks to further refine the structure of this new team.

This role is focused on communication and problem solving. You will be expected to handle multiple projects simultaneously, so organization is key. Finding creative ways to utilize Lenovo's network of supporting resources and overcome obstacles will be key to success.
