Description and Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded professional to join our Inside Sales Team to work with the Acquisition accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing Lenovo accounts, focusing on maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Solution Configuration: Configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions tailored to customer needs.

  • Proactive Engagement: Provide proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support via telephone.

  • Opportunity Management: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within an acquisition territory, working closely with a Field-based Account Manager.

  • Product Knowledge: Sell the full catalogue of Lenovo products and solutions, effectively communicating their benefits and differentiating from competitors.

  • Corporate Initiatives: Participate in corporate initiatives, including weekly forecasts and opportunity management, to align with company objectives.

  • Sales Reporting: Report to the Internal Sales Manager and Sales Director on progress and achievements against personal KPIs.

  • Team Collaboration: Work in a team environment, contributing to the overall sales strategy and success of the acquisition team.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in internal sales, particularly within the public sector, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.

  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Lenovo products and solutions, as well as competitor offerings.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users and stakeholders.

  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Dynamics or other CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Farnborough, with the flexibility to work from the office three days a week.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to collective goals.

  • Motivation: Enthusiastic and career-minded, with a passion for driving sales and achieving personal and team KPIs.
