Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Develop, manage, and oversee marketing project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.

  • Budget Management: Monitor and control marketing project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges and ensure successful outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing project-related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders and team members.

  • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing marketing processes and workflows, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Performance Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing projects, analyzing data to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate with marketing teams to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that all project requirements are met.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

  • Report: Deliver every week status report (PowerPoint + excel) to leadership

  • Presentations: develop Top of the Class Creative PowerPoint presentations detailing wins & misses of the marketing initiatives within Latam region.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Project Management.

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, advertisement within a marketing or related field.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Power of influence.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project (Smartsheet), Asana, Trello).

  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and practices.

  • Sense of urgency

  • Organization
