Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities：

1. New product information and key technical documentation package collection for region team (DOI, WI, SOP,)

2. Region factory NPI readiness support including prototypes, documentation, tools, fixtures and equipment & NPI execution support including build critical issues,

3. End to end process driving for region product reliability and HW performance tests performed in China (from test samples shipment to final test conclusion)

4. Importation & Exportation, logistics ( international trade terms) basic experience

5. NPI Prototypes Application for region configuration in the Global Build Plan

6. Support in continuous improvement and optimization to business processes for operation efficiency enhancement and cost reduction, quality assurance.

主要职责：

1.为区域团队收集新产品信息和关键技术文件包（DOI、WI、SOP）

2.区域工厂新产品导入准备支持，包括原型、文件、工具、夹具和设备，以及新产品导入执行支持，包括构建关键问题

3.在中国进行的区域产品可靠性和硬件性能测试的端到端流程驱动（从测试样品装运到最终测试结论）

4.进出口、物流（国际贸易术语）基本经验

5.NPI原型在全球构建计划中用于区域配置的应用

6.支持业务流程的持续改进和优化，以提高运营效率、降低成本、保证质量

Job requirements:

1. 10 years of factory work experience in the mobile phone industry, especially with relevant experience in SMT, assembly, BOM, accessories, and packaging
2. Sense of the production and manufacturing processes in the supply chain,
3. Familar with relevant manufacturing systems within the factory
4. Fluent english communication skill set
5. PMP certificate

任职要求：

1. 手机行业10年工厂工作经验，尤其对SMT，组装，BOM，辅料，包装具备相关经验

2. 对供应链生产制造流程有相关了解，

3. 熟悉并使用工厂内部的相关制造系统

4. 良好的英文听说读写能力，能够进行工作交流

5. PMP证书
